It's The Feeling. A Brian Wilson-esque vocal intro outtake from their first album...it's called "Fill My Little Fanfare". It's available as a b-side track on the UK import single for "Rose". The original song is "Fill My Little World" which is on their first album "Twelve Stops and Home."
