Right you are! Admiral Twin offers hints of the top influences of power pop lovers, but still offers a sound all their own. This album showcases all of their many strengths, from the strong melody/harmony mix to the lyrical expertise, to the rock solid musicianship. Definitely my favorite of 2007.
